I. Paid vacation

Paid annual leave means that workers can enjoy paid annual leave for a certain period of time after working continuously for more than one year.

Paid holiday is a welfare holiday given to employees by enterprises outside the national statutory holidays: that is, employees enjoy holidays and normal wages. The company's welfare holiday may be the company's founding day, anniversary, or even an unconditional "paid holiday" with a certain length of service. Generally, there is no fixed date, only a fixed number of days. Employees arrange holidays according to their own needs.

Second, meet the conditions for vacation

Employees of government agencies, organizations, enterprises, institutions, private non-enterprise units, individual industrial and commercial households with employees and other units who have worked continuously for more than 1 year are entitled to paid annual leave (hereinafter referred to as annual leave).

The unit shall ensure that employees enjoy annual leave. During the annual leave, employees enjoy the same salary as during normal work.

Employees whose accumulated work has been over 1 year but less than 10/year are entitled to 5 days' annual leave; Annual leave 10 days if it is over/kloc-0 years but less than 20 years; Annual leave 15 days for those who have completed 20 years. National statutory holidays and rest days are not included in the annual leave.

Tip: If it is really necessary for the company to arrange annual leave for employees across years due to the characteristics of production work, it can be arranged across 1 year. If the unit really cannot arrange annual leave for its employees due to work needs, it may not arrange annual leave for employees with the consent of the employees themselves. The number of days of annual leave that employees should take, the unit shall pay the annual leave salary according to 300% of the daily salary of employees.
