Preface:

The rural area, which occupies 80% of China's population, is the focus and difficulty of China's education reform, and even more critical. The success or failure of rural education is related to the success or failure of China's education reform. School sports as an important part of education, shouldering the overall improvement of students' physical fitness, develop good habits of physical exercise, shouldering the responsibility of cultivating the 21st century comprehensive, harmonious, healthy development of society's qualified personnel. However, from the survey, the current situation of physical education in elementary school is indeed not optimistic and urgently needs to be solved. Only in this way can we better promote the development of physical education in rural elementary school in our county, and make the physical education in rural elementary school in our country conform to the development of the times, and conform to the needs of the curriculum reform. From July 15 to July 17, 2007, the summer social practice group of our college conducted field research on the central elementary school of Shibadian Town, Lu'an City, China. The research includes local physical education teaching, teachers' equipments, teaching contents, etc. This report puts forward the corresponding measures on local physical education teaching and the difficulties encountered.

In order to understand the situation of rural physical education and sports facilities and the problems faced, we, Anhui University College of Electronic Science and Technology, went to Shiba Township in the summer to conduct a questionnaire survey on the subject of "rural elementary school physical education and sports facilities". We conducted a questionnaire survey on the topic of "Physical Education and Sports Facilities in Rural Primary Schools", and the survey is summarized as follows:

I. Results and Analysis

Through the interviews with teachers and the analysis of questionnaires, we can see that Shibaodian Township Central Primary School's physical education teachers are seriously understaffed, and there is not a single professional physical education teacher in the school; physical education teachers have part-time jobs as teachers of other subjects, and they are limited in their experience, and the amount of physical education classes in each class is often less than three, and the equipment of venues is not optimistic. The situation is not optimistic, the average student activity space, place is very limited, simply can not meet the equipment equipped with the requirements of the catalog.

1. Insufficient physical education teachers

In Shibaodian Town Center Primary School physical education teachers are far from meeting the requirements of the state regulations, and some physical education teachers are not the right professional, physical education teachers are far from being able to meet the needs of modern education and teaching, the Shibaodian Town Center Primary School has more than 20 teachers, six grades, ****12 classes, more than 600 students, but there is no professional physical education teacher, only one professional physical education teacher, and only a few students. A professional physical education teacher, only four teachers are responsible for the school's physical education teaching, and the serious aging of teachers, through the questionnaire survey analysis, students in the "classroom physical education teacher will always be there?" In the question, only 39.8% of the students answered often in, its teaching "results" can be imagined.

2. Teaching concepts outdated

Primary schools to carry out physical education teaching in schools do not know enough, that physical education is insignificant, although the school has made the corresponding provisions, but the teachers in the implementation of the process due to the supervision and attention to the degree of insufficiency, often fall into the physical education into the "said to be important, to do the secondary, busy do not! "Misunderstanding, so that the physical education teaching can not be carried out well, so that the national basic education curriculum reform can not be fully carried out and implemented. Through the interview with the chairman of the township people's congress, Chairman Zhong, we learned that rural townships do not attach importance to physical education classes, and regard it as a replica. Through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire, only 53.8% of all the survey respondents think that physical education classes are important, and I also found that the students in the same class of grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 have different answers to the question of "How many times a week do you have physical education classes? The author also found that first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth graders in the same class answered differently to the question "How many times do you have physical education classes a week? Obviously not. Could this be a reflection of a few questions: Are all the students present in PE? Is it true that some students did not go to the physical education class for a long time he thought there was no this physical education class?

3. Teaching content monotonous

For a long time, due to the influence of the traditional teaching mode, coupled with the lack of professional physical education teachers, which contributed to the current physical education teaching to a certain extent there is a boring content, a single form of selective drawbacks. The content of physical education is basically playing games, jumping rope, running, playing basketball, free activities, which is mainly playing games, jumping rope, free activities. Through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire, only 30.7% of the students think that the teacher can mobilize their enthusiasm, "Are you satisfied with the current form and content of physical education classes?" 68.2% of the question. A question in 68.2% of students are not satisfied.

4. lack of equipment

Sports funding is seriously insufficient, so that the venue equipment is seriously lacking, through the photographs we can see the Shibaodian Township Central Primary School, there are only four cement ping-pong table a less than 50 meters of the track a dilapidated basketball court, the facilities are very simple, the school has the equipment is only a simple shuttlecock, jump rope, a basketball, the rest can be said to make zero possession of a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball, a basketball. The rest can be said to have zero, not to mention a specialized sports equipment storage room. The lack of funding at the same time so that the school sports facilities can not be supplemented, broken equipment can not be timely maintenance, sports equipment management, commonly used sports equipment defective, runway potholes long years in disrepair, through the questionnaire survey and analysis, 65.9% of the students are dissatisfied with the school's sports equipment, the normal sports teaching situation can be imagined.

5. Less exercise outside the classroom

Exercise outside the classroom is also a very important way for students to enhance physical fitness Cultivate sports hobbies, through the questionnaire analysis, only 26.1% of the students often participate in extracurricular physical exercise, 15.8% of students do not participate in extracurricular exercise, participate in extracurricular activities in order to play games, jumping rope, playing basketball, playing table tennis, the majority, the form and content of the relative monotonous.

6. Measurement methods

Through interviews with teachers responsible for physical education, it was learned that there is a physical education syllabus at the beginning of each semester and an outline of the standardized test, but due to the constraints of the conditions, they were not able to implement it, and that in the case of a school with no full-time physical education teachers or part-time physical education teachers with unmatched specialties, the guiding ideology is that physical education is just a way of relaxing students and letting them play, and that physical education is a way of making students relax. In the guiding ideology, they think that physical education class is to let students relax and let them play, and the task of students is to learn language and mathematics. Therefore, they pay little attention to the teaching of physical education, and take other classes if they want to, but not if they don't. Even if they do, they let the students have free rein. Even on, but also to let the students free activities. This kind of physical education is completely at random "sheep" state, in this case, due to the lack of guidance and organization of teachers, students can only aimless activities, and even chatting, over time, the students' understanding of physical education is "play". In the absence of a specialized testing system, students' sports scores can only be filled in by teachers.

Two, countermeasures and recommendations

1. Allocation of teachers and sports equipment

Schools should be gradually equipped with sports expertise, and strive to make physical education gradually embarked on specialization, standardization. As a physical educator, we must seriously study the new curriculum standards, firmly establish the guiding ideology of "health first", fully learn to understand the basic concepts and basic objectives of the standard, fully mobilize students to learn and exercise in physical education and enthusiasm, and develop good sports behavior. At the same time, it is hoped that the relevant governmental organizations and education departments will increase the investment in physical education and allocate more young and outstanding teachers to the grassroots education. On the other hand, it is necessary to improve the treatment of rural teachers, not only salary, but also other aspects of the treatment, improve the enthusiasm of young teachers, the evaluation of excellence, the evaluation of the effectiveness of physical education teaching work should be emphasized for the development of physical education teachers to create a certain amount of time and space. Increase financial investment, the purchase of essential sporting goods and equipment, the establishment and improvement of sports facilities and sports equipment repair maintenance and use of the management system.

2. Reset the teaching objectives

The current problem to be noted is that the transfer of knowledge and skills must be closely integrated with the cultivation of awareness, ability and habits, so that students have a basic understanding of sports and a positive attitude to understand the significance of physical fitness, and set up a lifelong fitness awareness concept. Teach them to master certain knowledge and methods of fitness, to be able to use a variety of basic sports skills and fitness methods for regular exercise, and at the same time to have the ability and habit of independent fitness.

3. Enrich the teaching content

One is in the specific content of the teaching materials, simplify the technical structure of the materials, and gradually change the purely competitive, adult sports, infiltration of some of the materials related to the project and can play games or competitions, such as elementary school squatting jumping pedal jumps, air technology should be simplified; ball materials can also be simplified, the basketball Basketball can also be simplified, basketball's "three-player game", soccer's "three-player or five-player game" and so on, simplify the rules, simplify the form of the activity, the teaching effect is very good; Secondly, according to the physical and mental characteristics of the students, to seize the main factors in the movement to simplify the rules. You can also add some interesting projects, such as bodybuilding, dance, artistic gymnastics, etc., according to the regional characteristics of the increase in national traditional projects, such as martial arts, shuttlecock, iron ring and so on. In short, in terms of teaching content, to break through the constraints of the structure of competitive sports, according to the actual situation of the students, the scientific selection of teaching content to meet the needs of students at different levels and different levels.

4. Teaching model

In the teaching process, in addition to the importance of students' sports knowledge, sports technology and skills learning, it is more important to give full play to the role of the main body of the students in the process of sports teaching and learning, and to fully mobilize their initiative and conscientiousness in learning sports. At the same time, it is also necessary to give full play to the leading role of teachers, in the teaching structure, pay attention to the level of teachers' teaching art, make full use of modern means of teaching, according to the local actuality, the use of flexible, diversified, interesting teaching and learning organization measures.

In short, with the deepening of China's basic education curriculum reform to improve, with the construction of a new socialist countryside, the pace of progress, China and even rural elementary school physical education in Hui'an County, the development of teaching will be just around the corner, and all aspects of the conditions will be further changed and improved. Physical education teaching implementer physical education teachers should be more fully aware of the understanding of the new curriculum, the new standard, all for the sake of the students, for the sake of the students all, for the new countryside, for the development of physical education teaching in rural elementary school, study seriously, study hard.
