Wine materials include ginseng 100g, medlar 200g, radix rehmanniae 150g, crystal sugar 500g, and liquor 3000ml.
Methods After the wine was washed, sliced ginseng and Lycium barbarum were put into a container and soaked in the wine. Shake it 2~3 times a day. 10 days later, the crystal sugar is heated and melted to light yellow with water. Then add it into the wine and stir well.
