Disney's The Changeling King . The Emperor's New Groove.

This is a strong Disney-style animated film about a mysterious kingdom and King Custard in the mountains of South America. The young Custard is arrogant and conceited, and a very "busy" man. He is suspicious of his chancellor, Ismael, and banishes him. At the same time, he was busy building a summer palace to celebrate his birthday. Who knows that this will result in the demolition of a village in the kingdom. Meanwhile, Isma is hatching a grand plot, waiting for an opportunity to take revenge and plot to usurp the throne.

Ismael sends his right-hand man, Kronk, to assassinate the king, but he fails to do so and turns the king, Kuzd, into a camel. Driven into the jungle, Kusd meets Becha, a herdsman, and becomes his property, Becha's home having been demolished by the king's summer palace. Trapped in the jungle, the king wants to return to the royal family and live a noble life again, and his only chance is to rely on Becha. When Becha learns the camel's true identity, he kindly offers to solve the king's problems, help him change into a human being, and reclaim his throne if Custard promises to remove the summer palace. The two of them embark on a series of adventures to try and reclaim the throne before Isma can find and kill them. What was once a beautiful kingdom turns into a mess, and a friendship with Becha leads the king to realize that he should see the world in a different way
