The National Youth Informatics Olympiad (NOI) is the highest level of competition for provincial teams in China, including Hong Kong and Macao, and has been organizing competitions in China, including Hong Kong and Macao, since 1984. Each year, five contestants are selected by each province and organized by the Chinese Computer Society in cities where computer popularity is good. This competition records individual scores, as well as total group scores.

The organizational structure of NOI mainly includes the following parts:
