1. Luoyang has a long history. From the Xia Dynasty, the first dynasty in China, there have been 13 dynasties, including the Shang Dynasty, Western Zhou Dynasty, Eastern Zhou Dynasty, Eastern Han Dynasty, Cao Wei Dynasty, Western Jin Dynasty, Northern Wei Dynasty, Sui Dynasty, Tang Dynasty, Later Liang Dynasty, Later Tang Dynasty, Later Jin Dynasty, and so on, which lasted 29 years, making Luoyang the earliest, the longest, and the most dynastic ancient capital in China.

2. Historically, Luoyang has been one of the world's largest cities for six times. 3. Peony Culture:

Peony is one of the earliest flowers used in Chinese horticulture. At the beginning of the peony cultivation process, it was associated with Luoyang. Peony in Luoyang began in Sui, flourished in Tang, and became "the best in the world" in Song, with a history of more than 1,500 years.

During the Northern Song Dynasty, Luoyang not only became the center of peony cultivation in China, but also had a number of peony monographs with important academic value, which made important contributions to the promotion and development of peony research. In 1034, Ouyang Xiu wrote "A Record of Peonies in Luoyang", which described the custom of Luoyang people in planting and enjoying peonies. This is the first peony monograph in the world with important academic value.

Later, Zhou Shihou (1082) wrote Luoyang Peony Records and Luoyang Flower and Tree Records, listing 109 species of peony and 41 species of peony. During the Yuanyou period (1086-1093), Zhang Rui compiled Luoyang Flower Record, listing 119 kinds of peonies. These monographs provided important information to promote the development of peony in China at that time and the study of peony by later generations.

The peony culture of Luoyang is an important part of the culture of Heluo. Since the Tang and Song dynasties, there have been a large number of peony poems, songs, fugues, novels, stories, paintings, embroideries and so on.
