What types of interviews are there?

1. Classification by structural degree:

(1) Structured interview: Structured interview, also called "standardized interview", is to prepare all questions, possible answers, grading standards and operational procedures in advance.

(2) Unstructured interview: Unstructured interview is to discuss various topics with candidates at random, the content can be expanded at will, and the questions can be tracked.

3. According to the number of participants:

(2) Group interview: An interview panel composed of several people interviews the candidates.

(3) Group interview: An interviewer composed of multiple people interviews multiple applicants.
