How to grow mushrooms

1, farming season

Mushrooms usually bloom in late autumn and early spring, when the temperature is 15-20 degrees, that is, from the middle of 10 to April of the following year. Due to the small amount of fresh mushrooms in the summer market, the price is several times higher than normal, and the economic benefit is extremely high. In order to maximize the benefits, many farmers began to cultivate mushrooms out of season, generally from February 65438 to February of the following year and in mid-August.

2, bagging and sterilizing

The specification of mushroom bagging is 15×30 cm, and the upper and lower parts are tight, so be sure to tie the mouth tightly with a rubber band. After the sterilization is completely cooled, we can move it to the inoculation room. Mushroom inoculation room must meet dry and clean conditions.

3. Inoculation treatment

When the temperature of nutrients drops to about 28 degrees, we will vaccinate again, preferably at night. Before formal inoculation, the inoculation tools should be strictly disinfected. Inoculators must wear clean work clothes and disinfect with alcohol when entering the room.

4. Mushroom management

After the bag is removed, the mushroom sticks lean against the steel wire in a herringbone shape, and 7-8 mushrooms are placed one meter, and the mushroom sticks are closely arranged to prevent mushrooms from growing on the side. 2-3 days after unpacking, the temperature in the shed should be kept at 26-28 degrees, and the relative humidity of the air should be above 80%. When the surface of the fungus stick is covered with white fluffy hyphae, ventilate 1-2 times a day, and control each time for half an hour. After about 7 days, small brown water droplets will be produced on the surface of the fungus stick, and the fungus film will gradually become thicker and darker. After about 3-5 days, the surface will grow small protrusions, that is, mushroom buds. At this stage, we should continue to keep warm and moisturize, uncover the film and ventilate to promote the rapid growth of small mushroom buds.

5, timely harvest

After the mushroom color changes successfully, the diameter of the mushroom umbrella cover is 4-5 cm, and we can harvest it without opening the umbrella. No umbrella is the best harvest time for mushrooms. Mushrooms at this stage have the best quality and the highest commodity value. In the process of mushroom harvesting, we should also pay attention to the picking technology, and we must take the roots out of the mushroom bag to prevent the roots from infecting the mushroom bag and ensure the quality of mushrooms.
