Several welding methods of iron and copper

Brass and iron are usually welded by brazing or welding.

First, if it is brazing welding, you can choose two commonly used methods: flame brazing or high frequency brazing.

1) flame brazing: there are many kinds of welding wires, such as copper-based Viotin 20 1 welding wire and silver-based Viotin 203 welding wire, which need to be used with solder paste.

2) In case of high-frequency brazing, welding wire can also be selected as flame brazing.

Second, if it is fusion welding, DC argon arc welding can be used.

1) If it is argon arc welding, brass argon arc welding wire will be selected in the selection of welding materials, such as Viodin 204S.

2) In case of gas shielded welding, the coil wire of brass argon arc welding wire is used for welding, and high-purity argon gas is used for protection. For example, the coil wire of Viodine 204SM should be welded by double pulse gas shielded welding machine.
