Advantages and disadvantages of narrative interview

This is a big problem. Regarding the declarative interview, the advantage is that you are prepared for some basic questions and will not be stumped by sudden questions. From the interviewer's point of view, the advantages are: 1. Examine the interviewer's preparation and language, posture and coordination ability; 2. Fully understand the basic situation of the interviewer, especially the ingredients that the interviewer is familiar with or wants to express as much as possible. Disadvantages: 1 Lack of other forms of interviews, and the selected personnel only observe and investigate from simple elements such as language, which is relatively unreliable; 2. Lack of sudden actual combat operation, making it difficult to examine the consistency of words and deeds and the ability to deal with unexpected problems; 3. It is deceptive.
