Find the circuit or maintenance method of motorcycle oil meter

There are three lines and two lines floating in the fuel tank of ordinary motorcycle fuel gauge.

Three-wire float, one wire is grounded, and the other two wires are responsible for indicating full oil and no oil respectively. Three-wire oil meter, one line is connected to the power supply, and the other two lines correspond to the two lines of full tank oil and no oil respectively. When measuring, use a multimeter to measure whether the power cord of the fuel gauge is charged, whether the grounding wire of the fuel gauge is well grounded, whether the two wires corresponding to the fuel gauge and the floating ticket are connected, and whether the three floating wires are inserted incorrectly. It is also possible to directly connect the ground wire connected to the floating wire with the other two wires. If the oil gauge is good, the pointer will point to the highest and lowest positions respectively.

Two wires are suspended, one is grounded and the other is connected to the oil meter. This oil meter is also three wires, basically one is connected to the power supply, one is connected to the ground, and the other is connected to the float. When measuring, it is also necessary to measure whether the power cord is charged, whether the ground wire is grounded, and whether the wire between the oil gauge and the float is connected. If the two lines connecting the floats are directly connected, the oil gauge will reach the highest level.

The following two pictures are the circuit diagrams of three-wire and two-wire floats respectively for reference.
