Cylinder pipeline (high-pressure ignition wire) determines the number of high-pressure ignition wires according to the number of cylinders of the engine. Each wire includes connected high-voltage ignition wires, and terminals and dust-proof insulating sheaths for connecting spark plugs and high-voltage ignition coils are respectively arranged on both sides. The high-voltage ignition wire has copper core and carbon core, but the specifications are hard to say. Different cars have different lengths, and spark plugs have two different interfaces. Some steel cylinder pipes are also equipped with shielding covers to reduce electromagnetic radiation.

Composition of cylinder

Cylinder pipeline is an important part of the traditional ignition system, and it is the medium for the ignition coil to transfer energy to the spark plug.

Cylinder pipeline is roughly divided into four parts. First, conductive material, second, insulating rubber, third, ignition coil connector, fourth, spark plug connector. Some cylinder lines are covered with a layer of heat insulation material to prevent the cylinder lines from being burned out. ) The number of cylinder liners is the same as the number of cylinders of the engine, mostly four, six and eight, rarely three or twelve, and there are also some special vehicles with uncertain cylinder numbers. With the development of science and technology, many cars now have no cylinder line, and the cylinder line and ignition coil are combined into one, and each cylinder has one ignition coil, which greatly reduces the volume and provides more convenient conditions for single cylinder independent ignition.
