What is traditional security and what is non-traditional security?
Traditional security is a concept relative to the new security field. Traditional security mainly refers to a country's territorial security, human life security and political security. In modern society, national economic security is also considered as a new security field, so the concept of traditional security has emerged.
The concept of security is the core concept in the theory of international relations. War and the security problems caused by war have always occupied an important position in international relations, and the concept of power and security centered on the country is the main content of international relations. In the structure of international relations, each country independently exercises sovereignty, but it should not have authority over other countries.
Non-traditional security mainly includes cultural security, economic security (including financial security), information security, resource security, environmental security, ecological security and food security. Such a security problem is not a man-made security threat, and there is no clear threat target.
