How to break inertial thinking

What is meant by inertial thinking? That is, it refers to thinking stereotypes, habitual thinking, refers to the tendency of people to think and analyze with fixed patterns or ideas when considering research problems, so as to solve problems.

Inherent things are very difficult to break, which is also proved by history. Every time a dynasty is changed, it is always at the cost of blood. But as the saying goes, "if you don't break, you don't stand", to break through, you must break the inherent, inertia thinking!

Otherwise, even their own thinking are still confined in the old stereotypes, how can we pick up the responsibility given to us by history? How can we shoulder the heavy responsibility of redistributing social wealth?

Thinking stereotypes are inherent, and often unknowingly follow the old path. This is why we need to remind ourselves that after a period of time, we need to stop and think about whether or not we are jumping back into our old ways of thinking.

Here is another little story: when I was a child, I used to follow my father up the mountain to cut firewood. Later, I found an old uncle also often go to cut firewood, but always come late and leave early, and often have to take a break in the middle. But the old uncle cut the wood is not less than the father cut, this is how it is?

Later it was discovered that the old man always cut the knots of the trees when he chopped wood, while the father always avoided the knots of the trees and the axe was often jammed. People's traditional conception is that the trunk of a tree without knots is easy to break, while the place with knots is not easy to cut. In fact, the knots are harder but easier to break.

Problem solving is like looking for tree knots, we should try to break the mindset, bold and careful, dare to break through and dare to do, only to find the right direction, with the right strength to have a better harvest.

If you can not break the thinking stereotypes, flexible use of knowledge learned, will be captured by inertia thinking. To fully cultural level thinking stereotypes of duality:

Expressed as a kind of tendency, focus, match will play a positive role;

Also expressed as a kind of inertia and dullness, will affect people's all-round thinking, so that people have the illusion that caught in it, and the negative effects.

Thinking determines the way out, the pattern determines the end, innovative thinking is not bound by conventional thinking, seeking a new, unique answer to the problem and the method of thinking process, is the basic premise of creativity to play, we must abandon the herd mentality, do not drill the bull's-eye, and be good at adopting a multi-directional approach to thinking, and learn to think creatively and constructively.

Breaking the stereotype of thinking is a kind of beauty. And we are accustomed to stereotyped thinking blocked their insightful eyes and innovative ideas.
