Because this kind of noodles is cooked with paste, Luoyang people call it "paste noodles" or "paste noodles".

Fresh noodles are ordinary fresh noodles. Don't eat natural and important non-handmade noodles. Be sure to mix the thick noodle soup with the water for cooking noodles, and then add the appropriate slurry, which depends on my taste, and add more acid. Then, after the noodle soup is boiled, add fresh noodles to cook. When the fresh noodles are cooked, put in the hot pot side dishes fried in advance, such as vegetables and vegetables. You don't have to fry it too well or put it in the pot too early, otherwise the fresh noodles will not taste like vegetables after being cooked. It doesn't take long to cook noodles, about 15 minutes.
