Construction scheme of rural cultural wall

In order to strengthen the construction of rural ideological and cultural positions and further meet the cultural needs of rural people, with the theme of "beautiful countryside, Civilization and Harmony", Yanhe Tujia Autonomous County has strengthened the construction of rural cultural walls from four aspects: integrating resources, rationally arranging, enriching contents and innovating forms.

The first is to integrate resources. The county incorporated the construction of cultural wall into the scope of new rural construction and "four farms" construction, combined the construction of cultural wall with the co-construction of urban and rural branches and the party building assistance of departments, integrated resources and strength, and jointly promoted the construction of rural cultural wall.

The second is scientific and rational layout. According to the characteristics of natural ecological environment, humanistic social environment, economic development, village layout, village planning, mass gathering area, etc., the cultural wall is set according to the terrain, coordinated with the landscape and environment, and strives to embody the individuality on the basis of presenting advanced culture and civilized new style, so as to achieve "one village with one characteristic, one wall with one landscape".

The third is to continuously enrich the content of the cultural wall. Focusing on the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, highlighting the superiority of socialism, the principles, policies, regulations and series of policies of the party and the state to benefit the people; Focusing on the traditional virtue culture and civilized etiquette of the Chinese nation, highlighting the' basic content' of the socialist core value system, the main content of the "Implementation Outline of Citizen Moral Construction", the red culture and the clean government culture; Focus on the farming culture and tourism culture of local economic construction, highlight family cultures such as values, aesthetic taste, ethics and lifestyle with educational guidance functions, and publicize vivid examples of filial piety and neighborhood harmony; Focus on ethnic characteristics and folk customs, highlighting village conditions, village rules and regulations, cultural accumulation, geography and landforms, historical events and figures, popular science knowledge, new customs of marriage and childbearing, environmental protection knowledge, safety knowledge and health knowledge.

Fourth, innovative artistic expressions. Pay attention to intuition, vividness, image, liveliness, illustrations, and appeal to both refined and popular tastes. Combine traditional Chinese painting, comics, calligraphy, painting, sketch, painting with proverbs, ballads, jingles and other artistic expressions, so that farmers can easily understand and accept them, and they can enjoy colorful cultural and artistic works at home, and become "passive" from the heart through entertaining.
