The secret of the working principle of water dispenser
Brief introduction to the principle of water dispenser
A water dispenser is a device that heats or cools bottled pure water (or mineral water) for people to drink. There are many types of drinking fountains, such as nozzle drinking fountains and push drinking fountains. Different from water heaters, water dispensers can provide two different water temperatures for people to drink. The machine itself should have the function of refrigeration or heating and insulation. There are three kinds of common drinking fountains, namely, warm drinking fountains, semiconductor direct cooling cold and hot drinking fountains, and compressed refrigeration drinking fountains.

Second, the water supply principle of drinking machine
The principle of internal water circulation of water dispenser is realized by negative pressure. The electric water outlet device of the water dispenser is provided with a water outlet combiner, the water outlet of the micro-electric pump is connected with the water inlet of the water outlet combiner through a pipeline, the vertical position of the water outlet combiner is higher than the water surface inside the water dispenser, the water outlet of the water outlet combiner is connected with a single water outlet of the whole water dispenser through a pipeline, the diameter of the water outlet combiner is larger than that of the water inlet, and the water outlet combiner is also provided with a vent hole which is connected with a normal-temperature water tank through a pipeline. The vent hole on the water outlet combiner keeps the water outlet combiner higher than the internal water surface of the water dispenser under normal pressure, and the vertical position of a single water outlet can be lower than the internal water surface of the water dispenser, which is convenient for the layout of the overall structure of the water dispenser.

Third, the refrigeration principle of drinking machine
1. Press the refrigeration switch, the power is turned on, the refrigeration green indicator light is on, and the compressor starts to run.
2. The compressor sucks back the refrigerant vapor absorbed and gasified in the evaporator, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and sends it to the condenser.
3. The refrigerant vapor radiates heat to the outside through the condenser to form condensed high-pressure liquid. Then it flows into the evaporator through capillary throttling and depressurization, and absorbs the normal temperature water and electric heat in the cold tank, so that the water temperature is lowered, and the refrigerant liquid is sucked back by the compressor, so that the refrigeration purpose is truly realized.
4. When the water temperature drops to the set temperature with time, the contact of the refrigeration thermostat is disconnected, the refrigeration green indicator light goes out, the compressor stops running and enters the heat preservation state.
5. After the power failure, the water temperature rises gradually. When the set temperature is reached, the contact of the refrigeration thermostat is closed, the green indicator light is on, and the compressor runs. In this way, the water temperature is controlled between 4-65438 02℃.
Fourth, the mechanism of drinking water heat dissipation principle
1, press the heating switch, turn on the power supply, turn on the heating circuit, the red heating indicator lights up, and the electric heating tube heats up.
2. When the water temperature reaches the set temperature, the thermostat will automatically reset and cut off the power supply, and the red heating indicator light will go out and turn to the heat preservation state.
3. After power failure, the water temperature gradually drops to the set temperature, the temperature controller contacts are closed, the power supply is turned on, the red heating indicator lights up, and the electric heating tube heats up again, so as to control the water temperature in the water dispenser to be between 85-95℃ circularly.
