Ingredients: starch, water, salt, cooking oil.

Production method:

1, starch and water are mixed into starch paste (the ratio is 1: 2).

2. Put water in the pot to boil.

3. Take a flat-bottomed stainless steel plate with a certain depth, put a little cooking oil at the bottom of the plate, pour a proper amount of starch paste, spread it evenly and put it in hot water.

4. After the starch paste becomes transparent by heating, take out the plate and cool it in cold water. Take it out by hand and soak it in cold water.
