20 18 Personal Outward Bound Training Experience Necessary
Two days before the personal development training experience, the company organized two days and one night of development training, which was not bad. This just gives me a chance to exercise. We have participated in many projects, and we are confident to retreat, climb the escape wall, cross the bridge, escape from the tight encirclement, help each other in the same boat and move towards success.
In this training, I felt the spirit of unity and friendship among colleagues. Almost every project needs unity and cooperation to win the final victory. I also learned to trust others and let you succeed through collective strength.
In this training, there is an event called high-altitude snatch. When I climbed the 7.2-meter pole to stand up, I was too scared to stand up. It was the encouragement of my teammates that made me stand up and finally caught the pole, which made me understand that we should give more encouragement to others. As long as we stand up, we can succeed, otherwise we have no chance of success.
Extreme singing has really reached my limit. I never thought I would be so crazy. It's best not to describe it as crazy. I'm nervous about going to ktv with friends, let alone in front of a group of unfamiliar people. I was quite nervous at first, but because the tutor was strict, I didn't even have a chance to sing two or three times, so I was called down. Then I saw the desperate spirit of the players, and I had an idea at that time to throw caution to the wind. Otherwise, it will drag others back and reach a state of selflessness. Although I didn't meet the requirements in the end, I tried my best.
What impressed me the most was extreme singing. Now when my mind is in a mess, all I can think of is the songs of real heroes.
Although I am a little tired physically this time, I still like this kind of outward bound training, which overcomes my timidity in meeting strangers. Outward bound training is over, but the spirit of hard work will always accompany us. I miss this activity very much.
Personal Outward Bound training experience was on February 9th, xxxx, 12, which was a day worth remembering and cherishing. China Ping 'an Management held Outward Bound Training. This is a fresh training method, which is extracted from the traditional book indoctrination, and its harvest comes from our personal experience and enlightening thinking. Just two days, just like the purpose of this expansion, let me have a new understanding and thinking about myself and my team. Before training, I was unfamiliar with the word "expansion", only knowing that it was a game, and a group cooperative training was similar to an activity of military training. On that day, I took part in the activity with uneasy feelings. So I doubt whether I can finish the day's activities. In the activity, facing one difficulty after another, the individual's strength is insignificant, but our temporary collective can work together to overcome the difficulties in Qi Xin. While enjoying the joy of every success, I was moved by the courage, self-confidence and cooperative spirit of the players in the training. I deeply understand what efforts must be made to stand at the highest point to succeed, and the joy of victory is condensed by countless falls and introspection; In high-intensity training, sweat and rain, pain and laughter are intertwined, which makes us deeply realize that a team will become indestructible after millions of times of tempering.
Before the day's activities, our coach made me a team game to test the cooperation and tacit understanding of our temporary team. After the game, we randomly formed a team by counting off the number, and we initially formed our own team. Then we selected Zhou Min and He Zhipeng as our team leader. Everyone in the team respects them. This is the time to bring the imagination and creativity of our team members into play. Everyone's enthusiasm is high. Soon, our team name, team song and slogan were all determined and won the unanimous support of the players. Then the captain and I show and introduce our team to other teams respectively. Since then, the form and structure of the team have been basically determined. Although we are familiar with each other, our small group can adjust and eliminate barriers in the later activities without unprecedented trust and mutual encouragement!
Although it's only two days and it's a little cold, every team member is concentrating on completing every task of the team. Through this outward bound training program, every team member who participated in the training further understood and improved himself, and at the same time felt the role of the team. A team is not a gang. An excellent team, with unity, trust, cooperation and good team culture.
In this training, what impressed me most was that at any time, our team should unite and forge ahead. In training, every job can't be completed by one's strength and wisdom. It requires each member of the team to cooperate with each other and complete it together. Only such a team is invincible. Individuals should support each other, help each other, trust each other, actively do what they can and maximize their advantages. Therefore, each of us should clearly realize that we are a member of the team and have the spirit of working together with the team. At the same time, only when all members of this team are United can the work be successfully completed.
In this training, I did three projects, namely "Walking Life", "Crossing Broken Bridge at High Altitude" and "Crossing Obstacle Wall", which were not well completed and needed the tacit cooperation of the whole team. Among them, two projects, "Crossing a Broken Bridge at High Altitude" left a deep impression on me. Whether we can brainstorm and give full play to the leading role of the team in the shortest time and under the condition of insufficient information is the key to the success or failure of a team. Similarly, in our work and life, everyone should find their own position and do their own suitable work. No matter at work or in life, we should arrange our work procedures in a planned way and be down-to-earth in order to do everything well. Another project is "Crossing Broken Bridges at High Altitude", which spans a broken bridge with a width of 1. 1 m in the air of 9 meters. On the ground, the distance of 1. 1 meter is not far, so we can easily cross it. However, after 9 meters, I was really sad about the wooden bridge. When I stand on it, my feet will tremble and be afraid. When I was about to cross, I tried many times and didn't dare to jump. Finally, with the encouragement of my friends, I know there is no other way but to do it myself. Under the guidance of the coach, I got up the courage to finish the task. It took me a long time, but I also beat myself. In fact, we are on the broken bridge every day, and our lives are experiencing similar tests every day. Action must be urgent, not dry, not warm, not angry. Our peace of mind that we can afford to win or lose is the key to our success.
By then, we will truly appreciate the profound philosophy of' one small step today, one big step in life'. In the changing environment, we should adjust our psychology, know our mental state and try our best to do everything well. We cannot control others, but we can control ourselves. We can't predict tomorrow, but we can make good use of today. We can't do everything well, but we can do everything wholeheartedly.
Every member who participated in this outward bound training benefited a lot from this outward bound training, and was able to turn their experiences and feelings into practical actions, so that our team spirit could be brought into play on this big platform! Let's hold hands, forge ahead and embrace the world!
Personal Outward Bound Training Experience The three-day outward bound training is over, but the inner excitement can't be calmed down for a long time. Looking back on the challenges and tempering in training, I am deeply touched. This training is a great baptism of body and mind, and it is the driving force to further promote me to do all the work well. It is not only a simple training, but also a culture, a spirit and an idea. At the same time, it is also a kind of thinking, a test and a spirit. On the training ground, we forgot our age, our working condition and our living environment. We put everything aside and devoted ourselves to training. Our team has a sunny name-elite. Under the leadership of the captain, we started a challenging training day by singing the team song "Unity is Strength". The whole training mainly includes five major projects: high-altitude broken bridge, finger bones of the blind, power grid escape, falling back and climbing the "graduation wall". Whenever we encounter difficulties and challenges, we will climb the peak with "elite, elite!" " "Our team motto inspires and supports our teammates, without blaming, complaining, giving up and abandoning. In the end, every member of our team successfully passed many tests.
The first project of outward bound training is "Broken Bridge at High Altitude", which is a personal challenge project. Players are required to jump from one side to the other on the 8.5-meter-high broken bridge, with a space span of about 1.2- 1.8 meters, and then jump back. When the challenger climbed 8 meters high step by step, his heart was pounding. There is only one board under your feet, and there is nothing to catch in your hand. My legs began to tremble involuntarily. Although I have a seat belt, I am still scared at the first attempt. At this moment, the following are the eyes of teammates' trust, and the rhetoric just now still lingers in my ears. I can't hesitate at this time. Now that we have come up, there is no way out.
Make up your mind and throw caution to the wind. Jump, success! Everyone's cheers and praises were intertwined and touched everyone present. Through this project, we are taught how to adjust our mentality, dare to try, challenge ourselves and overcome ourselves in the face of pressure and difficulties.
The second training project is "Blind Square". The task is to blindfold someone, disperse them into a square, find a rope, and then use this rope to form a square with the largest area. At first, everyone thought the task was simple, but when everyone was blindfolded, we found that the original difficulty was not small at all. We discussed and determined a preliminary plan and began to implement it. There were some differences of opinion in the middle, and finally the captain stood up and coordinated everyone to complete the original plan. When summing up the experience, the training teacher said that I was very moved. He said that when everyone is arguing about a goal, giving up the right to speak may be the greatest help to accomplish the goal. I think this project can complete the task no matter whose method you use, no matter whether you think it is stupid or smart, as long as you stick to it, you can successfully complete the task. It is important to stick to one method until the end. If a method is not completed, it will be difficult to complete it in the end. This requires everyone to listen to the leadership of the leaders and everyone to work together in Qi Xin. I believe the captain will finish it successfully in the end.
After the lunch time is revised, the first item in the afternoon training is "Power Grid Escape", and the task is for each team member to cross the "power grid" composed of gaps with different areas within the specified time. The total number of electric shock nets in the whole team cannot exceed three times. After the project started, I was a little confused. I thought it was an impossible task, but after discussion and careful arrangement, it was finally passed ten minutes in advance. After the project, everyone talked about their own views and experiences in the discussion, and everyone was very excited. This project mainly embodies teamwork.
As a spirit, trust each other, completely relax when passing through the power grid, trust your peers, and believe that you can overcome psychological difficulties and finally pass safely, which fully reflects the strength of the team.
The fourth trust back fall in the training plan is a platform for teammates to climb on the back fall. Under the guidance of the coach, they tied their arms with their backs to the team and leveled the "protective net" built by their arms. In "Are you ready?" "I'm going to fall!" Not only can you feel the confidence of your teammates, but you can also feel their trust in the whole team.
This project reveals the strength of the team and the role of a person in the team, as well as the hard-won and happiness of trust and being trusted. Each teammate can successfully complete this project without the wholehearted protection of other teammates and high trust in the team. Personally, I am very demanding of myself. Only when I do it well can I be qualified to guide others. The recruitment in March and April has achieved very successful results, which is undoubtedly inseparable from the active participation of all the staff of the entire human resources department, the active cooperation of the store brokers, and of course their own painstaking efforts. If a person wants to gain the respect and trust of others, he must first respect and trust himself; If a person exists in society, he must belong to a team and cannot exist in isolation. "Trust is the adhesive of the team and the pillar of team spirit." If you want to make your life more exciting and happier, show yourself fully in the team!
The most touching project of this outward bound training is to climb the "graduation wall" at last. Seeing the four-meter-high wall, my legs were a little weak, but when I saw my colleagues passing through smoothly, with the encouragement of one colleague after another, I got up the courage to walk under the wall and started this journey. When all the other partners climbed successfully, the remaining one made us even more thrilling. Through resourcefulness, courage and confidence, as well as the encouragement and shouting of the team, we have achieved everything.
Colleagues all graduated smoothly. At that time, tears were already jumping around in my eyes, but the final joy overcame the emotion and buried it in my heart. I am proud to be a businessman!
"It's too shallow to talk on paper and never know what to do." I learned a lot through this outward bound training. If a team wants to grow and develop, only by closely uniting into a whole can it be in an invincible position. I hope that our bank will organize similar activities in the future, so that employees can constantly sublimate themselves and truly become "masters of their posts"!
