How to eat shrimp and crayfish raw?
Salt and Pepper Shrimp
Ingredients: shrimp and Parthenocissus tricuspidata (one catty)
Seasoning: onion (one root), garlic (half root), salt and pepper powder (one spoon), cooking wine (one spoon).
Exercise:
1, shrimp and Parthenocissus tricuspidata are washed and drained. Put oil in the pan. When it is 70% to 80% hot, pour in shrimps and crayfish. Because there is still moisture, in order to avoid spraying everywhere, you can block it with a cover;
2. Fry until the shell of shrimp crawlers becomes brittle;
3. Pick up the spare;
4. Pour the oil out of the pot, leave a little, and stir-fry the garlic and shallots together;
5. Pour in the shrimps, sprinkle with salt and pepper evenly, and then pour in the cooking wine. Actually, you don't have to cook wine. Adding cooking wine can make dried salt and pepper powder more easily wrapped on shrimp crawlers.
Shrimp with ginger sauce
Ingredients: shrimp and creep (moderate amount)
Seasoning: Jiang Mo (right amount), salt (right amount), pepper oil (right amount), sesame oil (right amount), white vinegar (right amount), white wine (right amount) and edible oil (right amount).
Exercise:
1. Wash the crayfish clean and put it in light salt water 1 hour to let it spit out the impurities in its abdomen;
2. Heat the oil in the pot, add the pepper and fry until cooked, and take the pepper oil;
3, Jiang Mo, salt, white vinegar, sesame oil and mix well, pour in pepper oil and mix well;

Shrimp covered with meat and water
Ingredients: Shrimp (750g)
Seasoning: lean meat (150g), ginger (proper amount) and salt (2 teaspoons).
Exercise:
1, shrimp and crayfish washed several times;
2. Cut the lean meat into thin strips and shred the ginger;
3. Add a proper amount of water to the pot, add lean meat, bring to a boil with high fire, and turn to low heat for about 10 minute;
4. Gently pour in the shrimps;

6. After boiling again, continue to cook for about 3 minutes.
Shrimp covered with garlic
Ingredients: Parthenocissus tricuspidata (500g), Zanthoxylum bungeanum (10g), garlic (10g), ginger (5g), coriander (1 teaspoon) and salt (a little).
Exercise:
1. Wash shrimps and Parthenocissus tricuspidata and dry them;
2. Wash peppers, and chop ginger, garlic and coriander;
3, hot oil in the pot, saute the pepper, and then serve it out;
4. Then saute ginger and garlic;
5. Then add shrimps and crayfish and stir fry;
6. Stir-fry until the shrimps change color, and then add water to boil for a while;
7. Then stir fry and collect the juice;
8. After the juice is dry, add some salt and sprinkle with coriander.
Tip:
Zanthoxylum bungeanum is easy to paste, and it needs to be filled immediately after the fragrance is finished, so that the fragrance can be maintained.
