The report pointed out that with the development of intellectual property rights as a national strategy, the number of intellectual property notarization in China is also increasing. According to incomplete statistics, from 2006 to 20 13, 25 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) handled 59 1654 cases of intellectual property notarization, of which 20 108732 cases, accounting for 65438 cases.

Judging from the types of rights, the amount of trademark notarization ranks first, accounting for more than half; The notarization of patent right and copyright is basically the same, and the notarization of three kinds of rights generally presents the development trend of 2: 1: 1.

According to the analysis of the report, the development of intellectual property notarization in China presents the following new trends: notarization service gradually extends from offline to offline; From passive preservation of evidence notarization to active preservation of evidence, the notarization function extends forward, which truly reflects the preventive value of notarization; From the single practice mode of notarization institutions to the practice activities through the notarization information practice platform; From the traditional notarization institution to independent practice, it has developed into a notarization institution cooperating with companies and research institutes that master information technology and relying on external support to carry out intellectual property notarization.
