Today my mother bought two ears of corn from the vegetable market. These two ears of corn are full of grains, which is really pleasing to the eye.

I picked up two ears of corn and studied it carefully. Their outermost layers are dark green and feel a little rough. I peeled it off slowly and found that the color inside was not as deep as the color outside, and the inner layer was almost light green ... The color of the last layer was tender yellow, smooth to the touch and as thin as cicada wings, as if it could be torn with a slight movement. I counted more than a dozen floors, and each one was thinner than the other. I heard it was torn off. But the corn whiskers sandwiched between the corn kernels are very smooth, just like thin and smooth silk threads, neatly arranged among the corn kernels. The corn in the ear of corn is golden yellow, arranged on the ear of corn like golden beans, with full grains.

Later my mother cooked these two ears of corn for me. I thought to myself, how could I eat such good corn without the hard work of those farmers' uncles who get up early and get greedy for the dark!
