I recommend a simple method to correct your hunchback. Wearing body corrective shoes, also called body training shoes, is very effective.
I have been using it for almost two months and the effect is quite good.
I first heard from a dance teacher that if you have a hunchback, your center of gravity is in the front, and if you have a straight body, your center of gravity is on your heels.
When models practice standing against the wall, the center of gravity is on the heels. When recruits practice military posture, the center of gravity is on the heels. Dancers spread their feet outwards and move the center of gravity backward. Later, dance textbooks specifically recommended the training method of raising the soles of the feet.
The principles are the same.
The soles of the body correction shoes are high in the front and low in the back. They always correct the center of gravity backward, and you can obviously feel your chest lifted and your head raised. They are very comfortable to wear and don't look strange.
You should experience it first. Just step on something with your front foot and make your foot high in front and low in back. You can feel if your hunchback immediately becomes lighter. For a deeper explanation, ask your dance teacher.
Also, these body correction shoes can also correct flat feet. My flat feet already have a little arch, surprise!
