Do bells ring at the same time everywhere on earth?

If the clock strikes every whole hour, it's possible, with the exception of India and Iran.

No matter what the country, it uses the time of a certain time zone as the standard time, and the difference between time zones is a whole number of hours,

e.g., 8 o'clock in Beijing, 9 o'clock in Tokyo, 10 o'clock in Sydney, 11 o'clock in the Solomons, and so on, so that it is possible for the clocks to strike at the same time on every hour of the day in every time zone, without any error.

But the exceptions are India and Iran. The exceptions are India and Iran because India uses 5 East plus half an hour and Iran uses 3 East plus half an hour.
