There are also many residential areas and family houses. Students are the main shoppers in Bianjia Village. There should be no problem with what the landlord did. However, there is great competition in any industry now. If you want to do well, you must have your own characteristics and be different.

I don't know how much the landlord invested before, so I'd better rent an independent store. Near Taibai Road, as far away from the outside as possible. However, the storefront with a better location here is not easy to rent. And summer is a bit boring, which affects tourists.
