What do teachers learn in traditional classes?
In traditional teaching, the teacher's role is to impart knowledge directly. In class, whether the students can accept it or not, the teacher will impose the content to be taught in this class on the students.
Teachers regard students as containers to receive knowledge, and teachers put all the knowledge into this container. As for whether students can understand it, it is not the teacher's business, but the student's business. Under the traditional teaching, teachers are the leaders of the classroom, and they dominate everything of the students, which largely obliterates the students' innovative consciousness and enthusiasm for autonomous learning.
