Chapter III Internal Relations: Article 8 Public security policemen, regardless of their positions, are politically equal and have a gay relationship with each other. Article 9 Public security police shall form the relationship between superiors and subordinates and at the same level according to their administrative posts and police ranks. The higher the administrative position, the lower the administrative position, and the administrative position is equivalent to the same level. Without knowing the administrative position of the other party, the higher the police rank, the lower the police rank, and the same police rank is the same. Article 10 The superior shall care, cherish and strictly manage the subordinate. The lower level must obey the higher level. Under the leadership of superiors, the same level should strictly perform their duties, actively cooperate, respect and support each other. Eleventh superiors have the right to give orders to subordinates. Orders are generally issued step by step, and can be issued in an emergency. When an order is issued over the top, except in special circumstances, the superior who issued the order should inform the immediate superior of the ordered person. After the order is issued, the superior shall timely check the implementation of the subordinate; If the situation changes, supplementary orders or new orders should be issued in time. Twelfth subordinates must resolutely carry out the orders of superiors and report the implementation to superiors in a timely manner. If there is a major change in the execution, the original order cannot be continued, and it is too late or impossible to ask for instructions to report to the superior. The subordinates must resolutely carry out the orders given by the superiors. Unless explicitly required by the organ issuing the order, it shall report to the immediate superior at the same time of execution; If it cannot be reported in time for some reason, it shall be made up quickly when circumstances permit. Thirteenth public security police with different organizational systems should obey the leadership and command of the person in charge designated by the superior when performing tasks together.
