Teaching in a university.

Some doctors will choose to teach in universities after graduation. In fact, in some colleges and universities, it is also a tradition of learning from each other to choose to stay after graduation. In universities, undergraduates usually mean receiving basic education. From the master's degree, they slowly groped for the doorway of doing research and began to study for a doctorate, which means that they have accumulated a certain amount on the road of academic research. Under such circumstances, if you want to continue your academic career, one way is to enter the graduate school and the other way is to enter the university. Usually, more doctors enter the latter than the former.

Enter scientific research institutions

Ordinary people don't see many doctors in their lifetime, because when they graduate to find a job, their starting point is relatively high. They either go to universities to teach, or enter scientific research institutions such as the Academy of Social Sciences, the Academy of Sciences, the Research Center of the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Party School. For some doctors, it is easier to settle down and engage in scientific research than to enter colleges and universities. According to the new regulations of the Ministry of Education, if doctors want to evaluate their professional titles in colleges and universities and want to be promoted to professors, they must give classes to undergraduates, which will definitely delay some research energy. Therefore, if you want to engage in full-time scientific research, doctors are obviously more suitable to go to scientific research institutes.

Enter the administrative organ

There are also some doctors who choose to enter the administrative organs as civil servants. But doctors have a high starting point, which means that even if they enter the administrative organs, they often enter important departments. Under normal circumstances, after graduation, doctors will at least enter provincial administrative organs and even some central state ministries and commissions. Except for a few temporary doctors, it is basically impossible for departments below the county level to recruit doctors. As a highly educated person, even if a doctor enters the administrative organ and becomes a regular employee, his rating is higher than that of ordinary people and he is more likely to be promoted.

Enter the enterprise

Some doctors finally entered the enterprise. In this respect, those doctors who study science and engineering enter enterprises much more than those who enter scientific research institutions and university civil servants. This is because the application value of doctor of science and engineering lies in marketization. After entering the enterprise, it is more conducive to the more efficient transformation of its research results, and it is easier to get higher remuneration.
