A rib wrapped in soft rice flour, soft in the mouth, fragrant and tender, is a classic home cooking.
Practice:
1. Slaughter the ribs into 3-centimeter-long segments, peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces, and chop the garlic and green onion.
2. Note:

2, steamed meat rice noodles itself has a salty flavor, marinated ribs of soy sauce and salt should not be added more, otherwise ribs will be too salty and bitter after steaming.
3, steamed meat rice noodles to add some water to melt, otherwise the ribs will be more dry body, and not easy to steam flavor.
4, in addition to sweet potatoes, you can also use potatoes or taro, they are all suction materials, steaming can inhale grease and fresh flavor.
