Southwest Petroleum University's fine tradition

The excellent tradition of Southwest Petroleum University is mainly to combine academic theory with practical work, and to adopt techno-economics and modern assembly line to strengthen the training of talents in order to realize the comprehensive development of talents.

At the undergraduate level, the university gives full consideration to the special needs of students, builds a professional learning platform, strictly regulates the teaching system, improves the quality education of students, and broadens their knowledge of the petroleum field.

With this the world's first "marine non-rock-forming natural gas hydrate solid state fluidized mining laboratory" was officially inaugurated in the Southwest Petroleum University. The laboratory is jointly organized by Southwest Petroleum University, China National Offshore Oil Corporation and Sichuan Honghua Group. It is a completely independent research and development, independent design, independent construction of the marine non-rock gas hydrate solid state fluidized mining laboratory.

The laboratory will attract experts and scholars from all over the world to experiment, practice and develop, provide theoretical support for the commercial development of potential human resources, and lead the direction of global deep-sea gas hydrate research and development.
