Extraordinary dragon and phoenix plum blossom bottle

The dragon is the symbol of China, and the dragon pattern has a long history of development. In feudal society, "dragon" is a symbol of feudal authority, and the dragon pattern is gradually humanized in the process of evolution, representing the son of heaven. The emperor claimed to be the "real dragon emperor", and all the items used by the emperor had dragon patterns. The varieties of dragon plum bottles collected in the atlas include Yunlong, Haishui Dragon, Zhu Zhulong, Zhu Zhulong, Vanilla Dragon, Ying Long, Li Long, Xinglong, Ascending Dragon, Descending Dragon, Longfeng and so on. , different shapes, high interest. Typical artifacts include a thin waist blue-and-white pearl-grabbing plum bottle, a blue-and-white double-dragon pearl-grabbing plum bottle in Lu tomb, and a blue-and-white double-dragon pearl-grabbing plum bottle in Wen tomb. Phoenix patterns were popular in the Song Dynasty, especially since the Yuan and Ming Dynasties. Feng Huangwen plum bottles collected in the atlas include Chuanyunfeng, Chuanhuafeng, Vanilla Phoenix, Mo Lifeng, Longfeng Chengxiang and so on. Typical Feng Huangwen plum bottles include Ming Jiajing's double-peak lotus-piercing high-covered plum bottle and blue-and-white vanilla double-peak plum bottle. Phoenix, like dragon, is gradually humanized in the process of evolution. Phoenix represents queen and woman.

Among them, the Ming Dynasty Xuande blue-and-white fish algae plum bottle and blue-and-white fish algae plum bottle have the homonym of "fish" and "profit", which means "wealth is more than enough" and "year after year". This kind of fish has the characteristics of algae pattern, and it is fat in shape, and the space is lined with duckweed, water grass, lotus and other flowers.

Many patterns contain a healthy and progressive philosophy of life, which makes people feel the profoundness of China traditional culture while appreciating the excellent ancient cultural heritage.

The compilation and publication of the Heritage Atlas of Jingjiang DuDu recorded the history of Jingjiang DuDu in Guilin in Ming Dynasty, and revealed that these princesses and their families lived a decadent life under the system of vassal kings.
