What are America's allies?

NATO is an international military bloc and a military alliance established to realize defense cooperation. NATO now has 28 member countries: the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Norway, Iceland, Hungary, Greece, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Canada, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania and Turkey.

The United States also includes Japan, South Korea, Israel, Kuwait, Philippines, Pakistan, Bahrain, Kuwait, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand in the Asia-Pacific region.

Africa has Morocco and Egypt. In particular, the new Egyptian government seems to be less interested in the United States.

South America has Argentina.

All in all, 37 allies of the United States signed the treaty.
