Do Buddhism and Taoism go hand in hand?
More than 5,000 years ago, the Chinese land on the creation of Chinese characters in advance of the Chinese descendants left evidence to this day;
"Prohibition" of the Bible in the Garden of Eden in the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge, when God showed Adam: Knowledge on the Tree.
"Forbidden"
The fruit of the tree of knowledge, you must not eat, you eat the day of death, so the two wood under a show, called "forbidden";
"Greed"
"Two wood under a woman", when there was a tree of life and the tree of knowledge, the woman Xiaoyan in the Garden of Eden, the tree of life and the tree of knowledge. In the Garden of Eden, there were the Tree of Life and the Tree of Knowledge. The woman Eve was lured by the serpent and saw that the fruit on the Tree of Knowledge looked good, tasted good, and gave wisdom, so she plucked it off and ate it in a moment of greed. Chinese characters as "greed" word, the fruit is also called "forbidden fruit" and some people call "snake fruit";
"Boat Because the Bible in the Great Flood only Noah followed God's life into the ark, God saved Noah and his wife, three sons and three daughters-in-law, a **** eight mouth, the boat plus eight mouth does not become the word "boat".
So the original ancestor of Greater China is called "Shenzhou", which has been passed down to the Confucius dynasty.
The Tao can be very Tao, but the name can be very famous. The name is the beginning of heaven and earth; the name is the mother of all things.
Interview with scholar Liang Yancheng: In the beginning, there was the Tao, and Tao (Logos) means information. The words of the Creator became the basis of all things and the law of all things. Contemporary quantum mechanics is very marvelous to discover that everything is in fact composed according to the order of a lot of information. This is mainly due to the doctrine put forward by David Bohm, the famous master of quantum mechanics: there is an invisible order called "ImplicateOrder", which is filled with very complex information systems, resulting in the order that we see, called "ExplicateOrder". ExplicateOrder".
The Chinese word "Dao" also means information and language. At that time, Lao Tzu wonderfully realized that behind the universe, there was information of truth.
The book Zhuangzi mentions that "the Tao has feelings and beliefs". It can also be seen from the preceding and following texts that the God in Zhuangzi's mind is situated. Chinese ancestors originally believed in an invisible God, and Laozi and Zhuangzi in fact inherited this tradition. This is exactly what the Bible says, that God is a spirit, and that he hates forgery and idolatry. This means that the ancient Chinese already believed in the Bible, had access to it, and acted on it.
There is a manuscript in the Bodleian Library in Oxford by a man named Mas Udi. In this manuscript he claims that the so-called pyramid of Khufu was called for by King Surit of Egypt, who ruled Egypt before the Great Flood. According to other documents, this far-sighted King Sulit ordered his monks to write down their entire common knowledge and hide it in the pyramid to leave the necessary knowledge for the people after the flood.
The first 11 chapters of Genesis, the account of the early ****same history of mankind, can be found in almost all the ancient Chinese scriptures:
The Bible says: God's work of creation was finished, and on the seventh day he rested from all his work, and took his rest;
The Book of Weekly Changes also says mysteriously: the seven days came to pass and were restored, and heaven walked.
The Bible says: In the Garden of Eden there were four rivers, flowing with pearls and onyx.
The Huainanzi says: there are four waters under the sky, where these four waters are the emperor's sacred springs to harmonize with a hundred medicines and moisten all things;
The Bible says: there were the tree of life and the tree of wisdom in the Garden of Eden.
The Classic of Mountains and Seas says: In the beginning there was the Tree of Immortality and the Sacred Tree, which is also called the Rui Mu, "Eating it makes one holy and wise";
The Bible says: The first human ancestor coveted the fruit of the Tree of Wisdom, and was driven out of the Garden of Eden by God, and there was the Cherubim and the Sword of Flame, which blocked the way of the Man-God Passage.
The Shangshu and the Book of Nations say: Man sinned, and God commanded Chongli to block the way to heaven, and there was no communication between the upper and lower parts of the world;
The Bible says: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was God, and the life was in him, and this life was the light of men.
The Laozi says: the mother of heaven and earth, the root of all things, the source of all wonders, out of nothing comes something, the beginning of heaven and earth;
The Zhuangzi says: there is love and faith, nothing is invisible, transmittable but not receivable, obtainable but not visible.
A great scholar, while attending a seminary in the United States, found that the Laozi had a marvelous resemblance to the heavenly book, the Bible;
The atheists attribute the Tao to the natural God, but in fact the Tao of Laozi is not lacking in personality traits; it has faithfulness, benevolence, compassion, rewards and punishments, and is capable of forgiveness of sins and of teaching and educating. Knowing its glory, keeping its shame, knowing its whiteness, keeping its blackness, he became the intermediary for the world to recognize the Way. What is even more amazing is that Lao Zi, who was so shy about words, focused on describing an incarnate saint of the Tao: he said that he inherited the light and eternity of the Great Tao from heaven and came to save the people of the world; he is the one who has his own eternity, the one who creates and nourishes, the one who transcends, the one who reveals, the one who is life-giving, the one who is righteous, and the one who saves. These seven points are the attributes of God the Creator.
What is unfortunate is that after more than 2500 years, the "Tao" of the "Divine" God has suddenly retreated; and although Confucius and Lao Tzu have tried to promote the "Divine" Tao, they have not been able to realize the "Pentateuch". "Pentateuch" and "Divine and Celestial Laws" of the "Tao", but has lost the "Divine State" in its original form, the Taoist canon In the 18th chapter of the Tao Te Ching, Lao Tzu sighed: "The Great Way is abolished, but there is benevolence and righteousness. When wisdom comes out, there is great hypocrisy". God God's state "Tao" of China gradually faded, away from God, and finally became the Dragon's heir.
2, Buddhism:
Chunqiu Chinese net article said, the Qing dynasty Daoguang 24 years a Chen November, Liang Tingnan "four sayings of the sea country" preface: "said the Han Ming emperor, Moses got the edict of the sky - God's heavenly way has been first Tianzhu country, for its people misheard and misrepresented, resulting in the disruption of its true, and from then on is the creation of the Buddhist one end. Suitable for Emperor Ming did not know the reason, make to seek the book, and its disciples into China, and thus the Chinese people are also immersed in its confusion, rolled earth and carved wood, figure its image and worship, to the present day. ......"
That is to say, Judaism teaches that Moses, the prophet, penned the Old Testament "Bible," the Book of the Law, five volumes, also known as the "Pentateuch," the Jewish tradition is also known as the "Pentateuch," which is called the "Pentateuch. The Pentateuch, also known in Jewish tradition as the "Pentateuch", is called the "Divine and Heavenly Laws" and the "Ancient Testament". Teach his people to be alert to the heavenly law and to keep the commandments and laws. It teaches his people to worship and obey the Creator, the Lord God, and to "renounce evil and do good" to mankind. The Pentateuch became the main program of the five Buddhist scriptures for the creation of the Pure Land Dharma. Because of the mishearing and misrepresentation of the people at that time, Buddhism was created, and the idea of "becoming a Buddha and cultivating one's body" had already formed a trend of thought, only that no one dared to show his face.
Later and Confucius contemporaries in ancient India, the king of the small country of Gavilovi King Jinyan's son, Prince Siddhartha Gautama was born, because of the observation of the social disparity between the rich and the poor, the inequality of the classes; and there is a weak flesh and strong food among the living beings. In the face of the human suffering of birth, old age, sickness and death, as well as the cruelty and cruelty of society, the impermanence of life. Thus, he became a Buddhist monk to seek liberation. Finally, at the age of 19, on the eighth day of the second month, he gave up his status as a prince and his family, abandoned his wife and son, and left the palace at night to go away from home to practice Buddhism.
After the death of Siddhartha Gautama, by his disciples, coupled with the political backstage at that time, the deification of the descendants, an atheistic Siddhartha Buddhists honored as the "Buddhist" godfather, and honored him as "World Honored One", "Rudraksha", "Sakyamuni", "Buddha" and other epithets, the establishment of Buddhism.
Historical records show that China's Han Ming Emperor Yongping seven years (64 AD) sent twelve messengers to the western region to visit Buddhism. In 67 A.D. they returned to Luoyang with two Indian monks, Gautama Morten and Zhufan, who brought back scriptures and statues and began translating a portion of the Sutra, which is rumored to be the extant Forty-two Chapters Sutra.
Although the emperors of the believing dynasties were short-lived and did not prosper, Buddhism was officially introduced to China. At the same time, China's first Buddhist temple was built in the capital, the White Horse Temple, which still exists today and was named for the white horse that carried the scriptures and statues of the Buddha at that time, long before the time of Emperor Mingdi of Han Dynasty.
Buddhism's Forty-two Chapters Sutra, in general: "On its victorious meaning, there are four ends: one, the most simple and tame rhetoric, two, the most refined and rich meaning, three, the passer-by of the ancient true, four, the most easy to pass. If you use the above four points to observe the Buddha, then the whole of the Buddha's great use will be clear."
The Forty-two Chapters Sutra says: "The man who is a Taoist is like a tree in the water, seeking the current, traveling without touching the banks, not to be taken by men, not to be covered by ghosts and gods, not to be abided by migratory currents, and not to be corrupted. I will ensure that this tree decides to enter the sea of the Taoist student, not to be perplexed by passions, to advance to refinement and inaction, and I will ensure that this person will be able to attain the Taoist way."
Because of the creation of Buddhism, refer to the Old Testament, then called "the Way", the Bible emphasizes the words "to attain the Way and to do good"; because of the lack of acceptance of Jesus' disciple Thomas, who set out from Alexandria in 52 A.D., by sea, the Christian religion began anew. Jesus, who traveled to India and China, was born from the blood of the cross to attain the true life of eternal immortality. Therefore, the ultimate goal of the "Buddhist scriptures" is for people to "cultivate" and do "good" deeds, but only to "reincarnate" and "regenerate" in the next life. "The ultimate goal of the sutras is to be reborn in the next life, but not to have eternal life.
Genesis 2:7: And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils, and he became a living soul, and his name was Adam.
Buddhist Scriptures, in the preface to the Bible: "We are filled with delicacies of the sea and of the mountains, but a breath of air is not as good as a thousand delicacies of the mountains and of the sea, for a breath of air is not enough to save one's life."
Bible, Genesis 4:24: "If you kill Cain, you will be rewarded seven times over; and if you kill Lamech, you will be rewarded seventy-seven times over.
The basic theory of the Buddhist scriptures is karma; the so-called "twelve karmic factors", namely, ignorance - action - knowledge - name and color - the six entries - touch - love - take - have a life. -The so-called "twelve karmic causes", i.e., ignorance, action, knowledge, name and color, six entrances, touch, love, love, taking, having, birth, old age and death, are the twelve successive stages in the unending cycle of the human stream of life. The so-called "karma," also known as karma, is the addition of human behavior to the natural law of cause and effect. Karma is the energy generated by human action, speech, and thought. Each person's good and bad karma as the cause, always get the due reward as the result. ***The same constitutes a kind of cause-and-effect relationship about the morality and ethics of life. It has become the basic theme of Buddhist literature;
The Bible clearly states, "Do not worship idols".
The Sutra explicitly states that "to cut off foolishness" means not to make false images (idols) to lure and fool the world.
Shakyamuni believed that as long as you can agree with his philosophy, it is not about burning incense, chanting sutras, worshipping the Buddha, or coming to meet and greet the horse, or even shaving your head to change. The first priority of a monk is to earnestly pursue the cognizance of the heart, not superficial efforts. Shakyamuni did not want people to use his name to earn money and make idols.
In China, on the contrary, most Chinese Buddhists do not quite understand Sakyamuni's intention, but are particularly concerned about some of the rituals, appearance, which has given rise to a good business project to make money in the name of "Buddha".
To this day, once again close to the Bible, "heaven and hell, God, ghosts" out, and continue to modify. China's so-called Buddhist scriptures, the birthplace of India are mostly absent;
such as the crucifixion of Jesus, the left and right side of the two robbers were crucified together, when the right side of the robbers recognized Jesus as the Lord of the sinner's salvation, and begged Jesus to commemorate him at the coming of the kingdom. Jesus answered on the spot, "Truly, truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in paradise." The robbers on the left went to hell and died because they did not know Jesus. Since then, Christianity has had the phrase "Allahu Akbar" which has been passed down to this day.
But the Indian "Buddhist scriptures" do not have the word "protect the right", because the Bodhisattva clay sculpture of the wooden carving of the left side of the text and right side of the martial arts, or to the left side of the greater protection. There is no "Buddhist scriptures" that the left Bodhisattva is to die in hell, the right Bodhisattva is to ascend to heaven alive, not dead and live in the left and right of the points, how to "bless" talk. What's funny is that Chinese Buddhists nowadays use the phrase "blessing of the Bodhisattva" as their mantra;
According to the Lamentations, Guanyin was the prince of the Holy King of the Wheel of Mercy, whose name was Buzhi. He made a great wish: to have a great compassionate heart, to cut off all sufferings and troubles of all sentient beings, so that all beings can live in peace and happiness, and for this reason, the Treasure Buddha named him Guan Shiyin. In the Avatamsaka Sutra, it is said, "The courageous husband, Guan Zi Zai". Guanyin was introduced to China in the Three Kingdoms period was still a powerful man, Gansu Dunhuang Mogao Caves murals and statues of the North and South Dynasties, Guanyin are as a male body, the lips also grow two beautiful moustache. Because of the influence of Christianity, the Virgin Mary embracing the icon of the Holy Baby Jesus, in the 18th century, the Wheel of the Holy King of the Prince of Goddess of Mercy without purity into the "Thousand Hands of Goddess of Mercy, Goddess of Mercy, and so on", and now we see that the Guanyin bodhisattva enshrined more than a female face. So far, it has become a good project to earn money "business", and indeed attracted the worship of many women who do not know the details of the prayer for a child, increasing the income of the temple. If you tell those who worship them that: this is a prince, is a man, I'm afraid that those who worship the old lady will be united to scold you "fool"!
