Paint-free board has a flat surface, which is not easy to deform because of the same expansion coefficient on both sides of the board. It is bright in color, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and economical in price. It is increasingly welcomed by consumers in today's decoration.

2. Solid wood board

Solid wood board is a board made of complete wood (logs). Solid wood board is durable and has natural texture. Most of them have the unique fragrance of natural wood, good hygroscopicity and permeability, which is beneficial to human health and does not cause environmental pollution. However, the price of solid wood board is relatively expensive, and consumers should consider the actual decoration and cost when choosing.

3. Core plywood

On the basis of plywood production, joinery board is a special kind of plywood, which is made by splicing wooden boards or hollow boards as the core board and covering two or more layers of plywood on both sides. Blockboard has the characteristics of good screw grip, high strength, firmness, sound absorption and heat insulation. Because it is a solid wood strip, it has low requirements for processing equipment and is convenient for on-site construction. However, the density of the solid wood strips inside the blockboard is different. They are easy to warp and deform only after simple drying. The structure is twisted and deformed, which affects the appearance and use effect.

4. Multi-layer solid wood board

Multi-layer solid wood board is made of three or more layers of veneer or thin plate by hot pressing. Splints are generally divided into six specifications: 3 cm, 5 cm, 9 cm, 12 cm, 15 cm, 18 cm. The production process of multilayer board is made up of multilayer single boards arranged vertically and horizontally. This structure makes the finished product of multilayer board more stable, durable, strong nail grip and reusable.

5. Medium density fiberboard

The full name of density fiberboard is density fiberboard, which is made of wood fiber or other plant fiber, prepared by fiber, coated with synthetic resin and pressed under the condition of heating and pressure. The surface of MDF is smooth and flat, the material is fine, the performance is stable, the edge is firm, and the surface is decorative. However, the moisture resistance of MDF is poor. In contrast, the nail holding power of MDF is worse than that of particleboard, and it is difficult to fix the screws in the same position if they are loose after tightening.

6. Core plate

Particleboard is to cut wood into blocks with certain specifications, with longer wood fibers in the middle and shorter wood fibers on both sides. The plate structure here is relatively stable, not easy to deform and has good nail holding power. Moreover, less glue is used in the production process and the formaldehyde content is low. High-quality particleboard can meet the E 1 environmental protection standard formulated by the European Union. A lot of furniture is made of this kind of board.
