Description of Wu-Style Tai Chi Standard Competition Routine 45 Style Boxing
Wu-Style Taijiquan was originally created by Quan You, a disciple of Yang Lu Chan, the founder of Yang-Style Taijiquan, on the basis of Yang-Style Small Frame, through innovation and development, and then was adapted by Mr. Wu Jianquan, the son of Mr. Quan You, who created a softer and more disciplined frame, which is also known as Wu-Style Taijiquan. It can be said that Mr. Wu Jianquan is the definitive person of Wu-style Taijiquan.
The Wu-style standard 45-stance fist introduced in this book is one of the competition routines of Wu-style Taijiquan. It retains the style, characteristics and technical essentials of traditional Wu-Style Taijiquan routines without losing its innovation and development, and combines competitiveness, fitness and performance.
