What are the analytical methods of mathematical modeling

Elementary mathematical methods. Mainly used for some static, linear, deterministic models. For example, the seat allocation problem, the comparison of student performance, some simple static models of infectious diseases.

Data analysis method. From a large number of observations, the use of statistical methods to establish mathematical models, common: regression analysis, time series analysis.

Simulation and other methods.
