What does Zisi food mean?
Refers to self-produced, self-processed, self-sold and self-tested food, which is a concept similar to "farm food" and "farmhouse music". The characteristic of homemade food is that the producer is responsible for the whole production process and sells it himself. Consumers can directly buy the food grown and processed by producers, with high food safety and guaranteed food quality. Four-self food is common in rural areas, such as farmhouse music and farmhouse music restaurants run by some farmers, and some special snacks or restaurants in the city have also begun to provide four-self food to meet consumers' demand for healthy, environmentally friendly and green food.
