Zhengzhou Ring Expressway (section from Zhengshang Road to Zhengshao Expressway) does not include the east of Zhengzhou Road, Zhengshang Road, Jianshe West Road (section from Zhengzhou Ring Expressway to West Third Ring Expressway) and the south of Zhengzhou Road and West Third Ring Expressway (section from Jianshe West Road to Navigation West Road), including the connecting lines of Zhengzhou Road, Navigation West Road and Zhengshao Expressway. Zhengshao Expressway (section from West Third Ring Expressway to Zhengzhou Ring Expressway) does not include the surrounding areas and roads in the north of this road.

During the control period, all kinds of trucks and dangerous goods transport vehicles are prohibited from passing or parking.

Depending on the situation, the second floor of Longhai Expressway (East Third Ring Road to West Third Ring Road Expressway) is from east to west, the west third ring road expressway (Science Avenue to South Third Ring Road Expressway) is from north to south, the south third ring road expressway (Airport Expressway to West Third Ring Road Expressway) is from east to west, the second floor of agricultural expressway is from east to west (whole section), and the Beijing-Guangzhou Expressway is elevated and underpasses the tunnel (North Third Ring Road to Longhai Expressway).

During the control period, all vehicles and personnel without access rights to the opening ceremony and rehearsal activities of the National Games are prohibited from passing or staying in the controlled sections.
