What does panini mean?
Panini is an Italian word for a traditional Italian sandwich, made with Italian bread stuffed with fillings and then heated and pressed into a hot sandwich in a toaster oven specialized in making paninis.
Combining traditional flavor with modern freshness, the panini is popular in Europe and the eastern United States.
Origin of the name:
Italy has a rich food culture, partly because the food reflects the family culture - you may see a traditional Italian family sitting around a table for hours savoring their delicacies, which consist of a number of courses.
In the process, the entire family talks, laughs and, most importantly, reunites. With the faster pace of life, today's Italians don't eat lavishly and poetically at every meal, but they still eat delicately.
One of their frequent lunches is the panini: a few slices of simple or unusual bread, which can be expensive or "fast food", interspersed with ham, tomato, fresh mozzarella, oregano, or lemon, peppers, baby artichokes... ...It is a very sophisticated food, with a myriad of creative ideas.
