The Essentials of 32-Style Taijiquan

The main points of 32-Style Taijiquan: two feet together, the body upright, maintain a relaxed, natural, upright and calm state. Starting position: the left foot is half a step apart and shoulder-width apart, both hands are slowly raised in front of the body, squatting and pressing the palm.

Standing in a loose and quiet position, arms naturally hanging down at the side of the body, fingers slightly bent, the hundred will be collared, the virtual collar of the top strength, the jaw is slightly closed, the tongue against the palate, the eyes look at the flat, the surrounding body relaxation.

One practice reason not practice force? The "reason" is the reason and principle of 32-style taijiquan. Practicing the body and not practicing moves? Practicing the body is practicing the overall strength, and the moves are the offensive and defensive meanings of each movement.

Thirty-two-style taijiquan is a four-dan taijiquan set of Chinese martial arts rank system, belonging to the middle level taijiquan. It is based on Yang-style Taijiquan, and draws on the strengths of Chen-style, Wu-style and Sun-style Taijiquan.
