National second gasoline vehicles are restricted to cities

Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and other cities.

Because the exhaust emission index of national II gasoline vehicles can't meet the current automobile emission standards of the government, most cities in China have implemented the national II gasoline vehicle restriction policy, including Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Chongqing and other cities.

Automobile exhaust mainly includes carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde, water vapor, hydrocarbons, nitrogen oxides, smoke particles (some heavy metal compounds, lead compounds, black smoke and oil mist) and so on. These substances will pose a threat to human health and environmental ecology.
