Method 2: First stick the extra plaster on your body with hard paper, then wipe the residual plaster on your skin with cotton wool dipped in safflower oil, and then clean it with water. This can basically be completely cleaned.

Method 3: Apply vegetable oil for cooking at home to the residual plaster, and then clean it with water. This can also be removed, but the effect is slower.

Method 4: repeatedly stick the plaster traces left on the skin with the removed plaster oil surface or transparent tape, or remove them.

Method 5: Turpentine is the fastest and most ideal removal method. The specific method is to remove the plaster, wipe it with a cotton swab, and then clean it with water.

How to correctly apply traditional black plaster to wipe the affected skin with hot towel or ginger slices, and then apply plaster after drying. Generally, a plaster should not exceed 24 hours at the longest. After a long time, not only did the medicine fail, but it was also bad for the skin. Stick the plaster to avoid the place with a lot of hair, otherwise it won't stick, and second, it will hurt when it is torn off. Should not be attached to the head and face, especially near the eyes, nose and mouth. It's cold in winter, so the adhesive plaster doesn't stick easily. After sticking the plaster, apply it with a hot water bag to make it stick firmly and ensure the therapeutic effect. In addition, when using black plaster, you should first stick the plaster on the outside of a hot kettle (cup) or burn it on the low fire of an alcohol lamp or candle, and then stick it on the affected area when the plaster does not burn the skin, which can last for 1-2 weeks. When some people use this plaster, it is not advisable to bake it directly on the coal stove. Carcinogens such as benzopyrene and harmful gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide produced by coal stove combustion will be absorbed by gypsum matrix and moisture, and penetrate into human body through skin, which will bring certain harm to people.

Preparation of black gypsum 1. Extraction of medicinal materials (boiling to remove residue): put vegetable oil into a pot, put the medicinal materials into it after slight heating, heat and stir constantly until the medicinal materials are fried to dark brown on the surface and brown inside. At this time the temperature can reach 220 degrees. After frying, the residue can be removed by wire sieve, and the oil after residue removal is medicinal oil. (It is best to use a copper pot. You can use a special high-temperature thermometer to control the temperature. It is sold in medical equipment stores. )

2. Refining: continue to boil the above medicinal oil. When the oil temperature rises to 320 degrees (it is very important to reach the temperature), switch to medium fire. Refining temperature: first look at the thermometer to reach the specified temperature; The second is to look at the lampblack, which is light blue at first, gradually turns black and thick, and then turns into white smoke, which goes straight up when there is no wind; The third is to look at the oil flower: at the beginning of cooking, the oil flower is mostly near the periphery of the pot wall, which is the degree to which the oil flower gathers in the center of the pot; The fourth is to see a drop of water turn into a bead: take a little medicinal oil and drop it into water to avoid spreading into a bead. (This level is the most difficult. You must refine the oil until it drops into beads, and you must pay attention to fire prevention. The temperature is too high. )

3. Add Dan to the paste: After the medicinal oil is refined, take Dan out of the fire. Generally, about 250 grams of Dan can be added to 500 grams of oil. Before adding Huang Dan, it was dried and sieved with 100 mesh. Add a small amount of Dan, while stirring, be sure to stir in the same direction. Stir into a thick paste, the plaster does not stick to your hands, and it is better to stick to painting. Too hard is old, too sticky is tender.

4. Detoxification: After the plaster is made, soak it in cold water, change the water once a day, and stick it after seven days.

5. Put the plaster ball into a container, melt it in water bath or slow fire, add fine materials, stir evenly, and take a certain amount of plaster on kraft paper or plaster cloth with a bamboo stick. Expensive drugs such as musk can only be sprinkled at last.

Precautions for sticking plaster 1. When you accidentally cause muscle contusion or strain of joints and ligaments during exercise or labor, don't immediately stick it on the injured part with Shangshi Zhitong Ointment and Musk Zhuifeng Ointment. Because this plaster has the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, it can't achieve the purpose of detumescence and pain relief even after injury.

2. If there is local injury, don't stick the plaster directly on the injured part to avoid purulent infection.

3. All plasters containing musk, frankincense, safflower, myrrh, peach kernel and other ingredients for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis should be banned by pregnant women.

4. If papules and blisters appear on the local skin after sticking the plaster, and the itching is severe, it means that you are allergic to this plaster, and you should stop sticking it immediately and carry out antiallergic treatment.

5. Allergy cannot be posted. If after 10 minutes, you feel itchy, burning and stinging on the skin of the pasted part, you should remove it quickly. This shows that the patient is allergic to plaster. People with allergies are usually not suitable for plastering, because their skin is prone to rash, which is not only bad for drug absorption, but also brings skin problems.

6. No more than 24 hours. Because the plaster is used on the muscle surface, the plaster usually takes the medicine with strong smell and sticks it on the body surface, which stimulates nerve endings, dilates blood vessels, promotes local blood circulation and improves the nutrition of surrounding tissues through reflection, so as to achieve the purposes of detumescence, anti-inflammation and analgesia. Generally, a dose of plaster should not exceed 24 hours at the longest. After a long time, not only did the medicine fail, but it was also bad for the skin.
