Yes According to official website's information, the first batch of large-scale expropriation and demolition in Jiangdong New District by jiangdong district People's Government of Haikou City involved eight villagers' groups in Yanfeng Town, namely Dading Village, Tangnei South Village, Tangnei North Village, Meilanshang Village, Meilanxia Village, Sanjiao Village, Yonghong Village and Cunzai Village. The first phase of the project involves house expropriation and demolition in 8 relocated villages in Yanfeng District, involving 1.409 households, 49 17 people, and housing construction.
