Difference in nature between carbonates and bicarbonates like what
Differences in nature
(1) solubility in general, carbonates are smaller than bicarbonates, CaCO3NaHCO3
(2) thermal stability, insoluble in water carbonates are generally thermally decomposed, such as CaCO3 decomposition at high temperatures, water-soluble carbonates are generally thermally non-decomposable. Sodium carbonate does not decompose by heat. But ammonium carbonate is decomposed by heat. Bicarbonate is not stable, heat decomposition.NaHCO3 Ca(HCO3)2 are decomposed by heat.
