Why does steamed Amy fruit turn black?

Amy's fruit turns yellow and black when steamed. There must be too little wormwood and too much rice flour. After the wormwood is cooked in the pot, cool it and mix it directly with the rice flour, at least in the ratio of 1: 1.

Amy pot is a Hakka dish. Eating mugwort from April to May every year is a custom handed down by Hakkas for thousands of years. Widely popular in Suichuan, Ganzhou, Yongxin, Ruijin, Yanling and Taizhou, Zhejiang, it is a common local snack.
