9. The door suction is installed firmly without looseness;

10. If there are silencing strips, they should be pasted firmly without leakage, falling off and damage.

Draw the dealer's attention to several problems that should be paid attention to when measuring the size of the door opening;

1. Opening mode: divided into flat opening, single push-pull, double push-pull, four push-pull (two fixed and two moving), which must be paid attention to when ordering production;

2. Width of door edge: the factory design of the width of door edge for horizontal doors is100-125mm, and that of sliding doors is 100mm. It should be noted that the width of "double push-pull" and "four push-pull" door leaves is closely related to the width of the door edge. If you have any special requirements, please indicate (due to different requirements for the width of the door edge,

3. Floor material: The size of the door leaf is closely related to the floor material. Because the installed floor is different, the reduced size during production will be different. Usually, the reinforced floor is reduced by 20mm, the floor tile by 40mm, and the solid wood floor by 50 mm. However, the scale of reduction will vary according to the actual situation in different places. For example, if the floor is not installed when measuring the size, be sure to confirm the floor with the customer and report the net height of the door opening after the floor is lowered to the company.

In this case, be sure to discuss with the customer and place an order after reaching an agreement! Draw a sketch and an arrow to indicate the entrance direction, so as not to cause unnecessary losses: if "one side without crib" is marked as follows, the width of the door leaf is smaller than the original "crib" (small dimension: line width minus 40mm), and if "two sides without crib" is marked, the width of the door leaf is smaller (line width minus 40mm)×2.

The present situation of crib is: there is a crib; Door leaf width 880-80 (thickness of two webs) =800.

Single-sided non-overlapping: door leaf width: 880-80- (line width 60- web thickness 40) =780.

If the order is not specified, it will be regarded as "stacked" during production, and the door leaf size will not change. If it is actually "single-sided", it can only be installed when the line is broken (except for the 40mm line), which will have a little impact on the overall appearance; If the original "stacking" is marked as "single-sided non-stacking", the width of the door leaf will be reduced, which may be limited when carrying furniture in use; So be sure to discuss with the customer before placing an order and reach an agreement!

5. Measurement of the door opening of the installed security door: Please accurately measure the door leaf size and frame thickness of the installed security door, and clearly indicate it on the order.

6. Measurement of window cover: Please mark it as "window cover". By default, it is a single-sided line, and the net consists of only three pieces at the top and two sides. If you have different requirements, please specify: such as "square" and "double-sided line". Special attention: indicate the thickness of the web. If it is not specified, it will be 30mm in production according to the conventional practice, and the sliding window may not run because the web under the window cover is too high.
