Qushi decoction 1, shepherd's purse maogen spine decoction
Ingredients: 60g shepherd's purse (fresh), 30g cogongrass rhizome (fresh), 400g pork spine and 3 slices of ginger.
Practice: Wash shepherd's purse and cogongrass rhizome and cut into sections. Wash the pig spine, put it in a casserole with shepherd's purse, cogongrass rhizome and ginger, add appropriate amount of water, bring it to a boil with high fire, and simmer for 1.5 hours, then add refined salt.

Qushi Decoction 2, Hawthorn Lentil Gold and Silver Decoction
Ingredients: 40g of hawthorn, 50g of fried lentils, 2 fresh duck gizzards, 2 preserved duck gizzards, 200g of pork, 0/4 dried oranges/kloc-and 3 slices of ginger.

Ingredients: raw and cooked (i.e. fried) coix seed 15g, 8 ginkgo nuts, yuba peel 1, 500g pork tripe and 3 slices of ginger.
Practice: raw and cooked coix seed, washed ginkgo; Soak yuba skin; Wash the pork belly, turn it over, rub it with salt or cornstarch a few times, and then rinse it off; Pour a proper amount of water into the casserole and bring it to a boil. Add all the ingredients, bring it to a boil, simmer for two hours, and season with salt.
Efficacy: invigorating the spleen and stopping diarrhea, clearing away heat and promoting diuresis, and calming the stomach.
Qushi Decoction 4, Huangqi Buqi Jianpi Decoction
Ingredients: 25g of Radix Astragali, 20g of Radix Codonopsis, 20g of Coicis Semen, 500g of black-bone chicken, 50g of lean pork and 3 slices of ginger.
Practice: Blanch black-bone chicken and lean pork for later use, and wash other materials separately; Put all the ingredients in a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil with strong fire, then simmer for about an hour and a half, and add salt.

Qushi Tang 5, Coix seed pig's foot soup
Ingredients: Coix seed 30g, clean trotters about half a catty.

Ingredients: Smilax glabra, kapok, fried lentils 50g each, 3 candied dates, white crucian carp 1, and 3 slices of ginger.

Qushi decoction 8, Shage pig bone soup
Ingredients: 500g of shage, 50g of pig fan bone, 50g of plum beans, 50g of red beans, 50g of lentils, 2 candied dates and 2 slices of ginger.
Practice: Wash and soak red beans, plum beans and lentils for 1-2 hours; Cut pig fan bones into large pieces, wash them, take them out and put them into water; Wash, peel, remove tendons and cut into pieces. Boil the water, add all the ingredients, cook for 20 minutes on high heat, turn to low heat for 1 hour, and season with salt.
Efficacy: clearing heat and promoting diuresis, invigorating spleen and appetizing. When it comes to eliminating dampness, adzuki bean, plum bean and lentil are all "experts". Together with Shage, which is seasonal and can clear away heat and produce fluid, it is a soup that can be often drunk in summer.

Ingredients: five-finger peach root, Smilax glabra root 1 00g, lean meat1kg, 5g of dried tangerine peel, a little salt.
Practice: Wash the roots of five-finger peaches and Smilax glabra and soak them for a while; Clean lean meat, cut into pieces, and soak in clear water for later use; Boil water in a soup pot, add all the ingredients after boiling, cook for 10 minute, then simmer for an hour or two, and season with salt.
Efficacy: clearing heat and promoting diuresis, benefiting qi and strengthening spleen. Wuzhitao is known as "Guangdong Ginseng" and "Nanqi". It is flat in nature and sweet in taste, and has the functions of strengthening the spleen and benefiting the lungs, inducing diuresis and relaxing muscles and tendons. The combination of Poria cocos and Prunus persica has the functions of eliminating dampness, relieving depression, invigorating spleen and stimulating appetite. Suitable for spleen edema, anorexia and weakness.
Qushi Decoction 10, Donggua Old Duck Decoction
Ingredients: Gordon Euryale seed, Coix seed, lentils, wax gourd, old duck, pork ribs.
Practice: Wash Gordon Euryale seed, Coix seed and lentils, and soak Coix seed in advance 1~2 hours; Wash wax gourd, leave skin, pulp and kernel, and cut into large pieces; Wash the slaughtered old duck, cut into pieces and soak it in clear water; Cleaning the bones of pork vermicelli, cutting into pieces, and soaking in clear water; Pour 10 bowl of water into the clay pot and bring to a boil. Add all the ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn to slow fire for two hours. Season with salt and drink.
Efficacy: summer heat, yang, spleen and dampness. Wax gourd can clear away heat and relieve summer heat, promote fluid production to quench thirst, and beauty beauty can dispel wind and resolve phlegm. Ducks are wet and poisonous when they are young, but when they grow up, the poisonous gas gradually disappears, but it has become a "cold medicine" with the effect of tonifying deficiency.

1, pay attention to your diet
People in damp heat constitution should pay attention to their diet.
