Method for making Gongju tea
1. Take 5-8 Huangshan tribute chrysanthemums and put them in a glass of about 200ml;
2. Add boiling water (100℃) and cook for about 7 or 8 minutes, cover and soak for 3 to 5 minutes, then drink while it is hot;
3. Drink the remaining 1/3 tea soup, and then add boiling water for brewing, so that the concentration of tea soup before and after is more uniform;
4. It is best to brew with pure water.
Precautions:
1, Gongju must be brewed with water of about 100 degree.
2. When the water quality is sealed, the color of chrysanthemum soup will be green, because anthocyanins in flowers are dissolved in water. Pure water will not turn green.
3. After pouring boiling water, shake the cup and let the flowers sink. Try not to let the flowers touch the air. The color of this bubble is pure.
At the same time, people who are cold in chrysanthemum, cold in constitution, usually afraid of cold, and easy to have cold hands and feet should not drink Gongjuhua tea often. Therefore, when choosing scented tea, you must find the one that suits you according to your own physique, and enjoy the comfort brought by scented tea while making it work.
