Traditional dictionaries or electronic dictionaries are better.

It must be paper. You can compare them if you don't believe me.

2. The annotations in the electronic dictionary are not so comprehensive.

You can try to find the same word in the electronic dictionary and the paper dictionary. Annotations in electronic dictionaries are not as detailed as those in paper dictionaries.

3. And personally, I think paper virtue is more lasting.

There are many kinds of electronic dictionaries on the market now.

There are many notes in a paper dictionary, so you should select them selectively, so that over time, your ability to connect with the context will be stronger than others.
