Eight Traditional Cuisine and "Representative Cuisine" in China

The eight traditional cuisines in China are Shandong cuisine, Sichuan cuisine, Guangdong cuisine, Fujian cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine, Zhejiang cuisine, Hunan cuisine and Anhui cuisine.
